GA: DUI Warnings Need Not Be Given in Spanish
The Georgia Supreme Court
ruled
yesterday that "police officers do not have to translate warnings to non-English-speaking drivers charged with DUI." Omar Rodriguez vows a U.S. Supreme Court appeal.
